Fine.
But little sleep. This bad beginning of the month seems to me to be from indigestion mainly. Worked at the Masada till 1. Then, bus to Seymour St. finding letters from Lady I. Proby ― & others.
Then to Foord’s, Chinnaway’s, Jones‘s, Roberson’s & back to Seymour St. ―― & to Tor Villa by 6. Dined with H.H. ― Dr. Rimbault, & penning out to 11. ―
Tired ―: great hurry, & half decision about Rome. This climate won’t do ― unless one was rich & had a house. ―
