Cloudy ― & rainy=foggy. Very unwholesome weather. ― Greek lesson. ― & After breakfast ― Giorgio’s ― who gets on nicely. ― Worked at Mr. Sandbach’s little Athos. Letter from Ann, very cheerful & pleasant. ― Sir C. Maclean called ― to say he had heard Miss Lushington is better: ― very kind. ― Towards 4 ― it rained hard ― 5½ to 6½ ― sat with the Woodwards ―nothing is very pleasant now a days. ―
Dined alone ― read Mme D’Arblay1 & wrote to Ann. ―
