SMALL CORFU. 6TH DAY
Rose at 6 ― but not well.
Worked pretty well by fits ― & Greek at whiles.
After 3 ― George Middleton came! ― a pleasure.
Walked with him at 5 to Hastings’ Rail. Then to W. Scrivens’s ― & back with George S. ― They are good kind people. ― Home alone. Col. Leake does not take the Bexhill home. Letter from him, & C.F. ―
Am making up my mind, however, to return to Rome in November.
