Sent letter to Ann.
Fine, warm, grey ― scirocco. I worked a good deal early, ― making the traced outlines of Musters’, Church’s & Cross’s drawings. ― At 2 came Tyrwhitt, odd, but extremely loveable. ― With him I walked over M. Mario, & round to P. Molle, & so in by 5¼. Found the Sat.y, &, letters from Frank L. & E.A. Drummond. ― Dined at 6, with H.J. Stansfeld & the mother of Romulus. There is something [minus].
Afterwards came a Mr. & Mrs. Hewlett ― some singing, a bore.
I am sorry to see Tyrwhitt (Revd. R. St. John Tyrwhitt) ― no more.
